Custom Badge for OT Students

Order by October 1st, 2024.

Customized item FYI: we will process your payment and you will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed - please understand that your badge will not enter production until after the art approval. If we do not hear back from you for the approval we will wait a few days and move forward with the order.

Please use the notes field as you are ordering to tell us what name/pronouns you want to use. For example, if your billing name is Rebecca but you want your badge to say Becky, let us know.

Badge will feature your first name and OTS.
Select on-campus pickup to avoid paying a shipping fee.
**We have been requested by the OT dept. to send all of these to them at LAC for distribution.
